Connexa works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. It’s fully responsive on mobile phones and tablets.
Go to your profile page, click “Upload Resume/Portfolio”, and upload PDF or DOCX files up to 10 MB. Accepted formats: PDF, DOCX, JPEG, PNG.
Ensure your profile is 100% complete (photo, resume, skills). Incomplete profiles can block the “Apply” button. Also check your internet connection and try clearing the browser cache.
On the login page, click “Forgot Password”, enter your registered email, and follow the reset instructions sent to you.
Visit the “Trainings & Events” tab, choose your preferred session, and click “Register”. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
You can request a refund for paid training sessions or event tickets by accessing your “My Transactions” section in your account dashboard. Select the transaction you wish to refund, then click “Request Refund”. Refund requests must be submitted no later than 3 days before the event starts. During the checkout process for a paid training or event, you’ll find a “Enter Coupon Code” field. Type in your valid coupon code and click “Apply” to see the discount reflected before completing your payment.
To update your account name, log in to your Connexa account and go to “Profile Settings”. Click “Edit Profile”, update your name, and then click “Save Changes”. Please note that for security reasons, your email address cannot be changed directly. If you need to update your email, please contact our support team at connexa.ed@gmail.com.
For Company Admins
Fill out the job post form in your dashboard. You can include role requirements, company details, remote/in-office status, and upload a PDF of the job description.
In your dashboard under “My Job Posts”, click “Edit” or “Delete” next to the post you wish to modify.
All job posts undergo manual review (usually within 24 hours) to ensure inclusivity and compliance with our standards. You’ll receive an email notification when it’s live.
Navigate to your job post and click “View Applicants”. You can download resumes as PDFs and filter candidates by skills, certification, or language proficiency.
Under “Company Settings”, go to “Book Training”, select your preferred date and session, and submit the form. You’ll get a confirmation email with Zoom or venue details.
